IT Analyst
Job type: Part - time / Contract based
Role description
- The key role objective is to connect business, and information technology, and make sure that IT systems, and processes match up with goals, and needs of the business.
- Participate in testing efforts with QA teams, including the design and execution of an overall test strategy.
- Training & support of the team on the new systems, nad procedures to make sure that all are align with the set objectives.
- Documents the reasoning and changes in the development of processes.
- Follows the latest technological developments and industry trends.
Required Skills, and qualifications
- Technical background, and qualifications with the minimum of the 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience with conductiong gap analysis, redesign business processes, develop roadmaps and proofs-of-concept.
- Knowledge of database agile development technologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by improving the efficiency of system operations, ultimately leading to an increase in profitability.
